    Hello yesterday I ordered an xbox design lab controller, and with that you are supposed to get rewarded with 5000 rewards points and i never did, how can I get them?

    Microsoft Rewards and Design labs.

    Hello,

    Today a promotion for Microsoft Rewards is going on that if you purchase a Design Labs controller, you receive 5,000 Microsoft Rewards points.

    I purchased a Design Labs controller yesterday, and was wondering if I could have these points added.

    I have done a chat with MS Rewards support who sent me to Design Labs support, so I chatted with Xbox Support who then sent me here.

    My SR number is 1359826345 if that helps.

    These are all the transactions that I believe that I haven't gotten rewards points credited. I am mostly concerned about not receiving the 15,000 rewards points from Xbox Design Lab.

    Design Lab Rewards Points

    You should receive the points about 14 days after the controller ships. If you don't receive them after that, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program.

    The Xbox Live Rewards Design Lab Controller is no longer a live offer. If you are asking about a Microsoft Rewards offer, you would have to reach out to their support from the Microsoft Rewards page.

    Hi oHeN33dSumMilk. Smwutches is correct. Since you are not a Rewards member and the purchases you made were after the offer period, your purchase did not qualify for our Design Lab offer. You may be referring to Microsoft Rewards.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
