    You contacted us regarding the 15,000 points from purchasing the Xbox Controller from Designlab. We would like to inform you that this promotion is administered by Xbox and not Microsoft Rewards. Eligible Xbox Live Rewards members will get 15,000 or $15
    CSV from purchasing the controller.

    Missing 10,000 points for Xbox Design Labs Controller

    I ordered and received an Xbox Design Labs controller. I was supposed to get 10,000 rewards credit, and have yet to receive them. Please help. Thanks.

    I followed the link in Xbox rewards and ordered a custom controller from the design lab on Dec 2nd. My order shipped on the 6th and I still haven't received my rewards credits. What's the deal?

    Hi Crispien. Your controller purchase from the Design Lab was made on December 24th. Our Design Lab offer ran from December 1 - December 17. Since your purchase was made after the offer period, you are not eligible for the award.

    These are all the transactions that I believe that I haven't gotten rewards points credited. I am mostly concerned about not receiving the 15,000 rewards points from Xbox Design Lab.

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing controllers. If you purchased a design lab controller by December 17 and did not receive credits, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it
    for you.
