If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.

I ordered one from Design Lab a few years ago and remember it did take a while, about 2 weeks to get it. Adding in the holidays right now and the fact that the offices or warehouses etc are probably closed for several days through the end of December and
early January, it may even be a few more days added onto that. It's a shame there is confusion about if it's pending or ordered or what is going on, but I would give it some more time, and if you don't have an email or the controller in the mail by the middle
(15th) of January, call Support. But I would give it until around then. You should have it before that date but just in case. I think you will probably receive it in the next 1-2 weeks though, so keep checking your email and your physical mail. Good luck and

Yea I remember reading that. Issue here is the customer service reps telling me the order was never processed. As in I was charged for the item, but their system supposedly never confirmed the purchase. And I can not get a straight answer on what "Pending"
means.

Design lab controllers are paid for before they start creating them since they are a custom item, not when they ship. They typically ship within 14 business days of your order. You will receive a tracking email once it ships.
