design lab doesn't allow the engraving so the order can't be placed. I've been trying this...

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, does it let you know if the engraving that you are attempting to enter is too long or does it accept it and then fails when trying to complete the purchase?

Also are you going through the console or are you doing this online on a different device?

If you are unable to complete the purchase go ahead and
Contact Xbox Support, they may be able to provide assistance in completing the transaction.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting that engraving to list on your

custom Design Lab controller order. Since you've already made the attempt from your mobile device, as well as the console, you may wish to try adding the engraving from a PC or tablet instead to see if that will finally allow the custom engraving to appear
and be selected.

If you still have difficulty there, then you may wish to clear the cache/cookies on your web browser, or try a different one. You should also go back through your selections prior to the engraving to ensure that you haven't missed out on a selection. You
can also feel free to reply with any of the exact error messages or codes that you get during the process if its still stopping you from adding that custom engraving so that we may look into them further.
