Tengo xbox360 y cuando juego online despues de 5 minutos se me desconecta, con el cable lan y con wifi es lo mismo, ya hice de todo puse ip estática cambie la dns, y cuando estoy solo yo con el internet tampoco funciona, tengo 5mbts de descarga 1 de subida
y 69 ping, y esto no me pasaba antes

Do you know how to forward ports?, I just read the message and the links don't show how to configure them

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing issues with being disconnected from Xbox Live.

If you are using a static IP address, it is then recommended that you try using
Portforwarding. This allows you to provide priority to your connection to Xbox Live. You can use the

necessary ports for Xbox Live to configure your router. Just keep in mind that you will also need to establish a static IP address on the device you are forwarding ports with.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Not sure it will help but you can shut it down completely then unplug it for a few minutes then try again. Let us know. Good Luck.

There may be a problem with developers / servers. Or on your side, you can have slow internet or you do not have NAT open. Or you can have a tall Ping.
