    SUDDENLY DESCONECTED

    Hi, i bought a Xbox One S in the last december 2016, since the firts day i´m in troubles with my console, the reason: Desconections all the time. Today my solution is make a restart but i didn´t buy a console for making restarts, really no, i wanna play,
    watch, explore my xbox one S without problems, without desconections, Can someone help me?

    Problem when i execute my game to connect xbox live

    When i execute my game ''Forza Horizon 2012'',i am desconected from the xbox live and i try to connect again,dosnt work.Then i test my conection '''Xbox-Network--Internet-Xbox Live'' shows that everything is ok,but when i enter the xbox live,in te menu it
    works but i execute the game and i am desconected from the xbox live. My game is ok,im respect and follow the rules of microsoft.This iniciated to happen today when a appered hacker enter in my lobby and shout down the consoles of everyone who was in the lobby.Today
    i entered in the xbox live in the menu and ''Conected in section in progress'' off a friend mine who was playing Forza Horizon,so i finally did enter in the game without been desconected the xbox live.

    My network is fine and internet,i want play on multiplayer but this blocked me to do that.I am wainting a solution...

    Thank you for asking,

    Try to check if its only with those friends or any mission without them. If you could try to Check your Multiplayer connection in - Settings - Network - Check Multiplayer Connection, that would be great try checking it while your loading in to play with
    them. If those solutions dont work go to https://support.xbox.com/ for more detailed help
