    Descenders data lost


    I was playing descenders and when I tried to switch to another account all of my data for all of the missions that I did was gone. I still had some of my bikes and stuff but now I have to do all of the missions again. If there is a way to get the data back that would be great.

    Yes the account that I was using before I switched was the one that lost the data. I tried turning off the console like you said and it still didn’t work.

    Your saved data may have been overridden when you cancel the synchronization of your cloud save which causes the issue, Finn.

    I might’ve cancelled it at the time when it was syncing is that why when I went back to my account all the challenges that I did weren’t there? I also still have all my items but I just have to restart all the challenges.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I would like to clarify, your data is not showing up on a different account? Is that correct? If yes, just a friendly reminder though that your progress is linked to your account itself, Finn.

    If you lost your progress after switching to a different account and when you launch the game using the correct account then for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.
