Detengan el cargo automatico de game pass ya que se me daño la consola y no tiene sentido seguir con el rbajo ,despues lo activo

Hola Gaston, pudiste resolver el problema a mi me pasa exactamente lo mismo y no hay opcion de desactivar este cobro periodico. de igual manera estan cobrando un servicio que no se uso.

You need to contact phone support for XBOX Live to switch off automatic renewal.

Parece que has encendido al narrador.

Para desactivar el narrador si usas un mando, mantén presionado el botón Xbox hasta que vibre y después presiona el botón Menú.
