    My billing info listed in my Microsoft Commerce account is correct and has been for a while, but its not allowing me to collect the points that i have acquired. what do i do i was hoping to use the points earned for the black friday sales.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Hello Torgo1,

    There was an issue with September payback that caused it to be delayed to October 17th, which is why you have not yet received that deposit. You should receive a deposit of your Credits during the end of the month deposit.

    There is no way to receive deposits outside of the scheduled deposit dates.

    i click on ealy depost and it said it will be there on the 29/12/16 and now it says 11/1/17 PLZ FIX

    The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. There will still be a deposit on the 29th. So if you requested a deposit for that date, you should still receive
    a deposit on that date.
