deposit not going through to account, but info looks good on my account page

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
your billing email from that screen.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

I was looking at my account and noticed this "transaction."

So it looks like it was put on my account breifly then removed? This probably happened because there was a billing hiccup with my card, but as it shows in my account history, my payment did go through. However, the rewards point were never given back to
me.

I looked up your account, and saw 5,000 credits deposited to your account. This happened very recently and it should appear on your My Statements page later today.

Hi Sgt Scooby. We've looked at your account and it is working properly. It looks like the last deposit made to your Microsoft account was on September 28, 2016. This included payback Credits for purchases made through MyVIP. You also have 1700 payback Credits
pending for more purchases made in October and September. We do not see any recent activity that would award Credits. To check your pending Credits, you can go to your MyRewards page.
