    Incorrect pending MyVIP rewards deposit

    Hello FlST OF RUKT,

    From our FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you made purchases towards Warrior Rewards (Witcher 3) and Simply Rewarding last month, those purchases did not award payback. This brings your purchases down to $260 in payback, which is why you Received 9,600 Credits in payback. Since you did not
    complete Warrior Rewards, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Your Simply Rewarding Credits were placed as pending on the 7th and were a part of the March 29th deposit.

    Incorrect pending MyVIP rewards deposit

    My Xbox Rewards account states that I have the following pending from my purchases from March:

    03/31/17 - MyVIP Star Rank 2 (Gold) - 9,200 Credits

    If my math is correct, I spent a total of $322.45 pre-tax on qualifying content within the store according to my purchase history. From what I can recall, as an Xbox Rewards member with XBL Gold at MyVIP Rank 2, I should receive 4% back in credits from
    my purchases. At the very least I figured that I'd be receiving 12,800 credits ($12.80) because 4% of $320 is $12.80. I don't know if I have anything that would've carried over from February's purchases that would've bumped my $322.45 up to $330 mark for
    me to qualify for another 4% off that an additional $10. Regardless, I don't think it's correct.

    If someone in Xbox Rewards support can look into this for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Brazilian Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will
    not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
    account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account. This is causing the deposit
    to be directed toward the incorrect billing information. When this information does not match your Rewards Account, the deposit fails. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when
    this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this
    issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    This will be extremely complicated to explain but here it goes

    Hello AlphaReclaimer,

    Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited into your Microsoft Account, we can no longer take action on them. We deposit based off the information we have for your Microsoft Account. We see that your current billable information is set to the Singapore region,
    which is where we placed our deposit. If this is incorrect, you would have to reach out to Xbox billing support to change your primary billable account to your billable account of choice.

    For help with the rewards program, you would need to post in th Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Some information is sent to them through the Xbox servers but it is not always up to date in real time.
