Denied refund on Thursday, how can i request today?

Same issue. Someone from the Microsoft Support for Xbox denied me yesterday. Today, @XboxSupport tweets out that refunds have been issued to a "vast majority", but all I'm seeing in these threads are people who were denied for whatever reason.

Now because of being having the Request Denied on the Order History for Cyberpunk 2077, I cannot file another request for refund.

How are we going to get this resolved when @XboxSupport says one thing, but the people handling the refunds are denying the requests?

We were ALL cyberpunked.

I am not sure how the refund process works I do know there are support agents dedicated just to the refund requests. If they have reviewed and denied the request, there are many things that come into play from what I know of. ( example previous refunds how
long you have the game, policy etc). You can reply to the email that you got when you were denied and find out why the refund was denied.

In that case, if the refund was denied, you receive an email saying that it was denied, and you can reply that email asking the motive.

Or you could try to fill out the refund form explaining the situation.

You will need to complete this form below for a refund.

There you just have to follow all the requirements requested in filling it out, and then wait for an email with the refund response.

This can take up to 72 hours.

Unfortunately the only way to appeal to a refund denial is replying to the email sent by the refund team :c

The other option is dispute the charge with your bank directly, but keep in mind that this can be have consequences in the future with your Microsoft account (I personally don't recommend that, but if you really need the money back. That's an option)
