Denied refund for apex legend coins

I have 2 accounts on the same xbox. One account being michimacat other acount x MA x RS x . Michimacat is my girlfriends account. Im always signed into both. Ive never had a problem buying stuff from store being signed in onto both accounts. I was on apex
legends on x MA x RS x and bought 20$ worth of coins. Noticed i didnt recieve any. Went to my microsoft store realized it said i hadnt purchased anything in a month. So i assume transaction didnt go through. Did it again, didnt work. Did it one more time.
Shut off game and xbox. The xbox automatically signs in as michismacat started up apex legends right away on her account. Accepted EAs terms of agreement since IVE NEVER BEEN ON THAT GAME as michismacat and would you look at that. 6000 coins on her account.
Ive tried doing a refund twice and microsoft says its not eligible which is insane. When i was on correct account when i bought it. Since you guys wont give my money back. Can we atleast transfer the coins to the correct account? Been a member for over 10
years this is crazy lol

Thanks for your response. This happens with the Apex Legends game only. The first time I did not receive the coins, I requested a refund, which I received. The second time it occurred, I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who suggested I reset my Xbox using the "keep my games an apps" options. I did this, but it did not resolve the problem. I requested a second refund, which was denied because the request occurred too close in time to my previous request for a refund. I then did not make any coin purchases in Apex Legends for about 6 months. This is my third attempt to purchase coins, without actually receiving them. This problem does not occur with other games, just Apex Legends.

This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.
