Demon slayer dlc

The issue is on the x box one.

I have an external hard drive and xbox storage card installed.

I tried moving the game and content from the xbox storage card to internal storage.

Issue only appears on the demon slayer game.

No other fixes tried.

Would you mind giving these a try?

• First, try power-cycling your console:

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- Launch the game.

• If that doesn't work, please check for any pending game and console updates.

- For console updates, go to Settings > System > Updates.

- For your game, go to My game & apps > Demond Slayer > Manage game & add-ons > Updates.

• If everything is up to date, give this a try:

- Launch Demon Slayer.

- Without quitting the game, go to My games & apps > Demon Slayer > Manage game & add-ons > Saved data > If you see "Reserved Space", select it and delete it.

- Launch the game again.

• Clear local saved data for Demon Slayer:

- Quit the game.

- Go to My games & apps > Demon Slayer > Manage game & add-ons > Saved data > Select your profile > Delete from console.

- Launch the game again.

• Soft Factory Reset:

- Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps.

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete the setup process.

*** Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

I've done further research and unfortunately, it seems many gamers are experiencing this issue after the latest update for Demon Slayer. As mentioned in some of the replies from the game's official Twitter account, this is already being investigated and worked on by their team.

I'm afraid that there isn't anything else we could try on your console's side of things, my apologies.
