lorsque ma console est configurée en démarrage instantané et que je la met en veille et si il y a un jeu en chargement pendant cette veille de la console,

le lendemain, la console ne démarre plus par la manette ni par le bouton principal de la console , (la console travail mais le bouton reste noir)

je suis obligé de retirer le câble d'alimentation ou alors d'appuyer longtemps sur le bouton principal pour que la console s'allume ..

la console a même pas deux semaines et déj eu trois fois ce soucis , est ce normal ou problème ?

Si la console fait partie du programme Insider, ce genre de problème est connu et sera résolu lors d'une prochaine mise jour système.

Sinon il faudrait essayer d'effectuer un cycle d'alimentation physique (ou débrancher l'alimentation pendant au moins 30 s),
et si cela ne donne rien tester un reset usine de la console.

Le mode démarrage instantané n'est pas fiable l'heure actuelle car après un certain laps de temps (plus ou moins long) des dysfonctionnements réseau vont se manifester.

D'ailleurs Microsoft recommande de redémarrer régulièrement la console en mode économie d'énergie.

By any chance have you tried to do a Soft Factory Reset? If it allows you to go to the settings through the dashboard I would suggest to go over this article
