Test your network connection

4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select Test network connection.

Salut,Vider le cache,reste appuyer sur le bouton de démarrage sur la console pendant 10 secondes, il s'éteindra tout seul, débranchez le câble d'alimentation pendant 5 minutes, reconnectez et redémarrez la console
