Bonjour,

Cela fait depuis 2014 que je me suis pas connecté sur mon compte Xbox Live , aujourd'hui le 02/03/2019 en essayant de me connecté avec l'adresse mail sur le site (enforcement xbox.fr) je ne pouvais pas j'ai du changer le mot de passe de mon adresse mail
(que j'utilise plus depuis bien longtemps) et je me suis donc aperçu qu'elle avait était piraté et que mon compte xbox Live était suspendu depuis le mois de mars 2014 J'aimerai avoir plus d'information et éventuellement être Débann si cela est possible car
je n'y suis pour rien!

Je voudrais que l'un des agents enforcement étudie le mon dossier.

Before you do that you may want to find out what their policies are. You will find that all of them have similar rules. Not sure why you are blaming Xbox when you haven't used the account for 5 years.

That is a moot point. Unfortunately, the account is banned and the time for appeal is long passed and the case is closed.

If the account was permanently banned there is nothing you can do.

Hello Morgan,

The only way to even try to get a case review is the
Enforcement site. As others mentioned being that old of a suspension there is nothing that really can be done. You will most likely be stuck with the suspension.
