j'ai changé de gamertag il y a quelques dizaines de minute sans savoir que cela était payant pour les autres fois, c'était un test. Y a t il moyen d'annuler cela et en choisir un qui me convienne vraiment ? Merci.

dysfonctionnement au niveau du premier changement de mon gamertag

Bonjour, j'avais un changement de gamertag gratuit qui date de mon passage de la xbox 360 la xbox one. Je n'ai jamais fait se changement mais aujourd'hui lorsque j'ai voulu le changé on me demande de payé. Puis-je espéré récupérer se changement de garmertag
? (en plus le mien il pu et chuis pas sataniste enfait )

Sorry, but there is no way to get another free change after using the first one.

 

It's actually best for people who don't speak English to post in their native language if they feel most comfortable with it.

Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel it or refund the change. You would have to pay again for the one that you want. I do recommend at least trying to fill out the refund request form.
