    I ordered an Xbox one s three days ago and the order still is pending. The money has left my account and delivery still says day after tomorrow but there is nothing on the site anywhere about delayed delivery's. And I totally get it if its gonna be delayed,
    I have no issues. I just want to know whether it's gonna arrive or if its going to be a few weeks. Either is fine but there's no updates anywhere and I can't contact customer support for obvious reasons. Any ideas?

    keeping track of the order     through your order history. The
    repair orders for Microsoft devices     are currently delayed. We don't see this notification on the Microsoft Store website, but it's safe to assume that there are delays with Microsoft Store orders. The tracking information is accurate so keep an eye out
    for your console on the date that the tracking information provides. We hope this information helps

    Contact FEDEX. I just received my new Xbox One S All-Digital in 3 business days, use the tracking id #, if you forgot it, check your recent purchases it'll show the Tracking ID #. Copy the #'s, pase in the tracking bar via FEDEX official website. If something
    is still hindering you from receiving the package, refer to FEDEX 'Contact Us' section. Give them a call, it may be something simple as you provided a POBox instead of a Home address, because FEDEX will not send to PO Boxes. Hope this helps, stay safe & healthy
