Deleting user created files from xbox one.

Have you tried deleting the UT files from your hard drive, and seeing if you can create a new one?

i wanna ask u a something please \ if i took a picture and i save it they told me : your save file corrupt. Please delete it from the Xbox dashboard and creat a new one

You mean slim? Your hardware doesn't matter- All Xbox 360s run the same software.

To answer your question, you can delete any profile. However, make sure you don't delete the profile that was used to create a save file. If you delete that profile, you will no longer have access to that save file. If the profile was made but didn't create
a save file, you can delete it safely.
