Deleting puzzles from MS Jigsaw

Hi TeddiLHendrickson,

The following steps can help but I cautioning doing so if unfamiliar with navigating windows and it would be done so at your own risk.

1) Go to File Explorer and locate your C: drive or drive you installed the files to should you have chosen a different install directory. This can also be found by clicking on the "This PC" icon if the shortcut is on your dektop.

2) Click on and open the C drive to show the root folder contents.

3) At the top right of your page in the search box type DownloadedPuzzles and run a search against the drive for this.

4) Your list of puzzle collections should start to come up in the results page.

5) once search completes, Delete the collections you no longer want to keep and are finished with.

Tell me how to delete completed jigsaw puzzles

Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

MS Jigsaw closes during puzzle building and occasionally during the middle of a puzzle. Most annoying but if it closes during the game, it will restore back to the same point upon reloading. No error msg; version 1.3.1509.1706.

I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.
