    I've recently purchased the digital version of Left 4 Dead 2 and it doesn't work. I've been experiencing "Cannot connect to xbox live" for logging in to my account, "cloud Save Data Offline" when asked for the method of saving game data and once I temporarily bypass the situation and want to play online, I'm instructed to connect to xbox live when I already am. I try to connect to xbox live and it still says that it is unable to connect. This issue never occurred when playing on the disc copy, only on the digital copy, I'm not able to refund the game either so that can play the disc copy, but the digital copy installs itself as well and creates the no connection issue. How can this be resolved?
