Deleting a card

I deleted card from accounts I knew, but сharge-off have not stopped

May I ask what is the error that you're getting whenever you're trying to remove your expired card?

Also, according to Xbox support: "Payment options used to pay for a subscription can be edited, but they can't be removed until you add a new payment option."

Please don't forget it is not advisable to post personal information such as card numbers on any forums.

To delete cards from accounts that you have bought subscriptions you need to first remove the "auto renew option" in
http://account.microsoft.com/subscriptions and then you can remove the card. I think Microsoft cannot remove the way you want. You can try to contact Xbox Support use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but I think that official support wont be able to do anything with the card number
