Deleted two codes for two games.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege a few weeks ago, just last week I received two codes from Microsoft about two codes to redeem for Rainbow Six Siege Vegas and Rainbow Six Siege Vegas 2. I didn't really want to install them right at that moment so I left them there.
Today I got on to my 360 and was playing some Black Ops 2 and got a message from a friend them I saw how many messages there were. I didn't remember any of them being important so I just went ahead a deleted all of them. Later that day (today) I hopped back
on to my xbox one, while waiting for a game to load I went and looked at my messages. There wernt to many there then I realised I had deleted my two codes to redeem. Is there any way I can get those back? Or are they gone forever?

Two Player Game

How do you start a game with more than one player? Whenever I try to play with guitar and drums, it will only accept one or the other.
I'm sure there must be a simple solution but I'm not smart enough to find it.

It is strange that the games have been erased by themselves. Try changing the USB port on your console for connecting the external HDD. Quiet, your progress is saved on Cloud and will be synchronized.

One issue to also consider. On january 22nd there was a patch issue specifically with MW that caused major problems for the better part of two full days. I would also try to fully download the game to one console, play a match before starting to reinstall
on the second one. Just to make sure they fully work independently of whomever is logged in to eliminate tge possibility of a general game issue

Problem started after 22 Jan update. We have tried the download solution, unfortunately without success.

Even now if one of us completely logs out of MW2 the other will be able to log in and start playing on their console, we just cant play multiplayer together at the same time.

Internet Expert

You can only sign into your account on one Xbox One console at a time. Simultaneous sign-in will likely result in one of the consoles logging out.

However, there may be a workaround to allow your kind of setup at the party, though. I believe that digital games can be played offline if you
set your Xbox One as your "Home" console. With this in mind, try this:

- Xbox #1: Your "Home" console. Keep completely offline, play your Jackbox game normally.

- Xbox #2: The other console. Connect this online. Log in with your account, download and install the game (if needed), and play.

I don't know for sure if this will exactly work, so if you already have access to the second Xbox One, I'd suggest you test this out.
