Deleted save files

Hello,

I'm not really sure if this happend after an update, but a few days ago when I started game pass and wanted to play game (Medium) I couldn't access my save file, nor play with another. Only two choices were for log in profile (which I tried multiple times) or play without save file. Same thing happend with more games I had played before (Astria Ascending, Curse of the old gods). I'm not sure if this is somehow possible to fix or if all save files are gone forever? If it's not possible, I just want to ask if it's safe to start new save files/new games? I don't really want to lose another hours of progress.

I have got it fixed.. in forza you can delete the profile by holding all 4 shoulder button and pressing y at the splash screen.

This fixed it , now I have no problems

I had 21H2 update, but there was another one and after installing that, it looks like it works again.
Thank you very much and I'm sorry for not trying such an easy solution.

After this check, without uninstalling the games I suggest doing some system recovery processes like Defrag, SFC and CHKDSK why it may be something in the Game Pass App, however if after that the progress does not appear unfortunately there was some corruption of the data at the time of saving.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Forza.

One thing I would recommend trying is to Power down the console by holding down the power button for 5 seconds. This will also clear your system cache.

Leave your console off for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on and try playing the game again.
