    Hey RandomDays here, so a while back when I got dark souls 3 I got a message from the auto-reply and it had the code for dark souls 1, and at the time I didn't think anything of it and while I was maintaining my messages I accidentally deleted the code for
    it and now that I've beaten dark souls 3 I'd like to get dark souls 1 and beat that but I don't have the code. I called Xbox support about it and I was directed here. I'd love to get DarkSouls 1 ASAP. Thank You.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Fallout 4 with fallout 3 code.

    Fallout 3 code deleted automatically, never got to redeem.

    Hi there,

    you can delete the 'created' profile without any problems, that won't screw up anything on how the console runs.

    If the console came with a redeemable code for that 1 month, you can use that on her account (when it is signed in).

    Need to purchase Minecraft Bedrock Edition despite already owning it.

    Purchase history doesn't get deleted, if you can't see that code redeemed that's not the correct account

    Once the code it's used in one account that code won't on any other account, only the account that redeemed the code will be able to access that content
