    Deleted my prepaid code


    I bought the Xbox 1 with gears of war ultimate edition and when I got my codes to download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement, I downloaded 3 and judgement but forgot to download 1 and 2 before I deleted the message... I did a dumb de de dumb dumb thing
    XD and I need help to find out if I could get those codes for 1 and 2. Mostly just 2 because the ultimate edition gears of war already has one.. So please help and Merry Christmas

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Hi there,

    you can delete the 'created' profile without any problems, that won't screw up anything on how the console runs.

    If the console came with a redeemable code for that 1 month, you can use that on her account (when it is signed in).

    The reason why you need to wait is that you have updated the security info but you did not have an access to the old, so for security reasons the system will delete and update after 30-days in your case 30th. Alternatively you can redeem the code on your
    console and it should be just fine.
