Deleted Gears of War 4 Gear Pack message

I received an email with a code for the Gears of War 4 Gear pack and accidentally deleted it while cleaning my messages. Is there any way to get the code again?

Gears of war 4 Pre order content missing

I was told by xbox support to post here. I pre ordered gears of war 4 on the 10th, downloaded it the 11th. When I go play I am not able to find my pre order content.

The only thing I recieved was the gears of war: ultimate edition character pack. None of the gears of war 4 content is accessible to me. I had already made one post about this but it is either deleted or it vanished because when I go to view my posts it
is gone. I would appreciate the items that I paid for. Thank you.
