    Please help!

    My kids cousins deleted their xbox 360 gametag and since I didn't create it Im not sure what the next step is. I created a Microsoft account but it says "Theres no profile associated to this email address. Can I create a new one for online gaming or is it
    just lost.

    Ps: I think the guy at the shop we bought it from was kind enough to set it up.

    Changed gametag, got all my chars on Dark soul deleted, Why???

    like title said, chars got deleted becouse I changed my gametag, can some1 say why the hell they got deleted becouse of it.

    Hi there,

    if there wasn't a Microsoft Account (email address) attached to that 360 gamertag then there is no way to recover it.

    A gamertag can be redownloaded when there is a Microsoft Account connected.

    If you create a new Microsoft Account then you can create a new Xbox Live Account on it which can be used for online gaming and browsing the store etc. (Online gaming will require a Gold subscription though) but progress on games, purchases and gamerscore
    etc is usually saved on the Profile itself so that's all lost.

    yo can try too 1 is delete the app 2 is clear system and app cache 3 delete your gametag and recover it but u need to know your window id and password

    If a post is moved or deleted there would be an email sent to the email account associated with your gametag. You can PM me some information and I can look into it a little.

    Thanks Brad, but now he cant even add back his account/gametag after he deleted it. We turned off console and turned it back on. Suggestions?
