    just went on my xbox and there were 5 games that needed to update but i didnt want to update them just yet as i just bought a new game i wanted to install first, i dont play any of the games that needed an update too much so i chose the 'cancel all' option
    to stop the updates, but then it took me into games/apps and one by one i watched my games disappear and now i cannot find them there or under 'ready to install' did this simple click feature just delete all my progress and games? my partner and i are concerned
    because this shouldnt be a feature when i thought it would just stop all the updates so i could update them when i felt the need to play the game. please tell me this is just a bug or something that can be fixed.

    Yes, sorry I should have specified that. Seems like a bit of an oversight to be honest not to be able to do that.

    Your game saves are saved in the cloud, so no worries there.

    I had a similar problem with Ark the other day, I download a 30GB update to get me ready for the Xbox One X, lo and behold I had to re-download the exact same file one day later. now it could be that it was two separate updates, but I doubt it. normally
    when something like this happens Wild Card mentions it on twitter.

    On the right of your dash click on "system",then storage,pick the device that the items are stored on,like your hard drive & you can delete them from there.

    Other option is to just leave it and have whatever achievements count towards your gamerscore. This is support forum and most of us are just gamers like you so there isnt anyway to get into your account.

    Actually, you don't have to repurchase all the items. DLC is licensed to both the gamertag and the console it was first downloaded to. This means that any gamertag can access your DLC from the same console. This does not include avatar items.

    Oh, so then you want me to buy ALL the mappacks etc..again, which are worth like 100 000MSP by now? Yeah, never going to happen. It shouldn't be hard for xbox support to delete the game from my profile for me...Can you atleast do that please?
