Deleted Free Game Code

I got a free game code in my messages from Xbox that was for Joy Ride Turbo. Unfortunately, while I was trying to copy the code, I hit the delete button. Since there is no deleted messages box and there was no confirmation on the delete, apparently
there is no way to retrieve it, and the agent on support said posting here was the only way to get a code.

I have a photo of the splash screen that basically says "thanks for being a gold member, check your message box for a free game", but I keep getting an error when I try to upload it.

Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

Purchased on 11/23/2015 The message with my fallout 3 code had expired and deleted itself before I was able to claim the code to get my free game.

 

Free limbo code deleted?

Tbh, I really don't know if they would or not. No harm in trying though.

I am glad I am not the only one to delete this message. Is there a way I can get a code now or is it too late?

 

Looks like I am not the only person that deleted the code. Xbox support pointed me this way. Hoping that I can get some help, and become hero dad. The kids seem kind of upset that I made this mistake. Please help me Xbox Forum, your my only hope.

I did the same, I was writing the code down and hit the delete button by accident before writing down the final 5 characters. Is there anyway the rewards department can be contacted to request that the code is resent please.

I have just deleted my code by accident while trying to copy it down. Is there anyway to retrieve it or get another sent out? Thanks.

 

I have a notice saying I should receive a message, but I can't find it to get my free Joyride Turbo. Since I'm not the only one who uses my console, maybe it was deleted by someone else. Can you resend it? Thanks.
