Deleted email, forgotten password

A little while ago a couple of my accounts where hacked and as a result I changed my password on my Xbox account as a precaution but to my surprise I found out after that the outlook email I used for the account "doesn't exist" , the next day I find out I've been signed out of the account and need to sign in again but I don't have access to the email or password. I have tried to contact Xbox, Microsoft, Outlook all have been very unsuccessful. Please, please help I'm desperate to get back the years worth of stuff I had.

I've tried the first two links, and it wants me to type in the email I want to recover, but when I put it in it says " this email doesn't exist" so I tried to recreate the email and it says "This email already exists".

That message appears due to usually is not possible to create a new email address even if it has been deleted recently, in some cases can take months

Well, sadly the two methods above are the only ones available to recover a compromised account

As you don't remember your account email, I can advise you fill the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too. (SkypeID also works)

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

Please note that no one here including Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links for security policies

You need to get in contact with support for your region with all the details you can remember. They may be able to reset the password for you.
