Deleted email address and account access

I have tried this method and filled all questions correctly. I was met with this response.

Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner.

It is causing a lot of stress I can provide all evidence needed to gain access, is there anything else I can do please?

I may suggest to use the online account recovery form.

If you’re unable to access any of the contact methods used to receive a security code, you can still access your Microsoft account by completing an online account recovery form. To access this form, go to:

1. Enter your Email, phone, or Skype name in the first box if you know it.
2. In the Contact email address text box, type an email address where we can contact you or send your password reset link. Note that this email address should be different from the one you’re trying to recover.
3. In the third text box, type the characters displayed on the screen. This is to verify that you aren’t a robot.
4. To help maintain the security of your Microsoft account, you’ll be prompted for several pieces of identification info that you provided when you initially set up your account. Fill in as many of the boxes as you can.

How do I contact them. All I seem to get it automated response options. I think I need to speak to an advisor.

Unfortunately only with Microsoft, they are the only ones to decide. We have no way to fix this from the forums.
