    Deleted content packs for cold war


    I bought Cold War like a month ago every thing was fine. When I first put the disc in it was doing fine I could play and stuff, just last week or two weeks ago I restarted my Xbox with games ands apps when I went to go try, Cold War it was doing fine until for some reason it told me to install it, but I have it on a disc and I downloaded it on my account I looked up many ways to help me and I noticed that I needed content packs, when I went to manage games and add-ons I have no content packs. I don’t know if it got deleted or I played it like that when I first got it, I can’t play it no more it won’t let so I really need help

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Kindly try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Before reinstalling, make sure to perform a powercycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    I own Call of Duty Cold War physically but even if the disc is cleaned it won’t let me play and thinks I don’t own the game .

    With resetting your console keeping your games and apps, Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    But before that, please follow the steps below first:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
