Deleted Codes Message

Discus and support Deleted Codes Message in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I accidentally deleted the message containing my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition pre-order redeemable codes.     I accidentally deleted the message containing my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition pre-order redeemable codes. Is there a way I can retrieve them?

    Hi there!

    As far as I'm aware, once a message has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.

    My advice would be to write down (or redeem) any codes that are sent to you as soon as possible to ensure that you don't lose out.

    It is possible that Xbox Support might be able to track the codes down for you - they will reply here for you in the next couple of working days.
