Deleted Chats

Unfortunately, it's not possible to recover a deleted chat.

To retrieve a lost save from the cloud, Go to My games & apps.

- Highlight the game.

- Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons.

- Go to saved Data and clear local saves.

- Then, Select the game tile, and then choose Select all to make sure all available content gets installed.

- Select Save changes and wait for the content to install.

- Relaunch the game.

If that doesn't work then I'm afraid the chats are gone for good.

The OP is asking about lost chat messages, not lost game saves

A chat supporter also wanted me to include this code which was a reference to the chat, but i accidentally deleted it. His name was Alvin

I did the online chat and deleting the account and re adding it worked and did not delete my offline game progress. Thanks.
