    Can you delete my repair request number 1411530746, thank you.

    Indeed I was wrong in the request, I would like to delete this request to create another, as long as it will be active I will not be able to make a new one.

    The xbox one (S/N;332422564248) was not sent by UPS, she is still at home.

    Can't find the shipping label for my device repair?

    I registered my Xbox One S for a repair due to it not turning on and they emailed me the service request number with steps on how to ship the Xbox. However, the instructions say to select the console in the device repair page and there should be an option
    to select "current repair orders" but I don't have that option. The only options available is to create another repair order but only on accessories. I have the service request number but I can't print the shipping label. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    How to contact Microsoft for Xbox repairs?

    There Is no contact number.

    You have to.file a repair request with device.Microsoft.com

    Keep in mind if you bought the console.from another region you need to.mail.it to that region and file.the repair request from.there
