Obviously your DNA is lacking in maturity for you'd rather hit delete like a child than allow a discussion.

You're either professional and are willing to talk or you should quite your job because it's easier to just ignore the world when things are brought to light.

I am using your products and therefore have a right to voice my opinion on them especially when they don't work as expected.

This, shall be a copy and paste and it doesn't really matter if you delete because it tells me that you care more about your money than the people that buy and use the products that are sold.

So nice try bud.

The great assumption is assuming that's a viable option and not pointless drivel.

The thought that they don't have a complaint department so as to turn your last resort here where that is obviously just as pointless.

"We are a company world wide with millions and if you have a problem we don't don't care."

But basically we're here since there are only gamers available and wait times. It's just as pointless.

If it wasn't. I wouldn't be here saying something.

But apparently feelings don't matter any more than the problems do which is why the last post was taken out.

Guidelines this and guidelines that.

Followed them and thus the post was made.

I'll start following things when the company that wants me to follows their own.

Well, we posted the problem before this one which was instantly taken down.

Nothing was talked about.

Just instant delete.

So the practices of the community has shown the same practice and beliefs of the company.

So exactly how am I supposed to feel confident in that if words are mere pointless things apparently and my problems mean absolute next to nothing.

What's surprising is that suddenly humans want to help.

That's pretty pathetic and sad.

Also keep in mind, there are other places you can look to for voicing your opinions and feedback... as well as other places you can look to for help should you need it. We all work with varying levels of information, for some people trying to help or converse
it may be limited or it may be all knowledgeable. Even sometimes employees and mods may not have all the answers for one reason or another. Please just know, its never worth blowing up about.

I would suggest taking to Twitter as well for feedback an opinions, their guidelines being more lax than they are here. If you're looking for responses being calm and collective will get you far. https://twitter.com/xboxsupport

I'd also recommend taking some discussions and feedback to reddit too. Either of the Xbox reddits are cool places to be just like they are here.
