Delete save game on pc xbox (neighbor)

Please try deleting the following files associated with your saved progress available in the next path, Stavros:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\HelloNeighbor\Saved\SaveGames\

Once deleted the files inside the SaveGames folder, please re-open the game and verify if you can start from the beginning.

That depends on whether the console has already synchronized the deleted game to the cloud.

Try to go to a different console if possible (e.g. visiting a friend or neighbor with a Xbox One), and sign in with your account. If the game downloads your savegame intact, you can recover it.

If the console hasn't deleted the game from the cloud yet, you can go to My Games and Apps, move to the game tile, and press the Menu button.

Choose to manage the game, and there delete the local save game copy.

If you then start the game, it'll download the save state from the cloud, similar to when you visited your friend/neighbor.

If the savegame however is gone in the cloud as well, then there is currently no way to get it back again.

Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. if you go and delete the save data from the game folder, it should let you start over. The only option to delete cloud save is from a Xbox console. So personally think the saves are stored on the PC itself. You may need
to delete from PC and the
console from the cloud to completely start over.

no tengo consola, solo PC, no se donde se guardan las partidas.

I have the same error signing in to Xbox Live too. I'm Running Hello Neighbor for Windows 10 PC on Xbox Game Pass.
