    Purchase history

Can't be deleted, The purchase/order history is there for a record for both yourself and microsoft.

    DLC pack disappeared

I appreciate you letting me know and you're welcome. A transaction can't be deleted or remove on the order history, even if it was declined or a refund has been processed the status of the order will just change but will not be removed.

I apologize but the transaction on the order history is what we will be needed.

    Games vanishing from account

I apologize but without the order transaction for the games, it means that it was not purchased on the account that you're using. There is no option to delete or remove an order history under an account.
