    Delete Netflix Log In from Xbox30


    Hello, My son started to set up his own Netflix account on his Xbox 360. He got as far as a username and the password. The account sign up remains un-finished. How do I delete this from his Netflix so he can use the correct Netflix
    log in details? Thanks.

    Console is linked to someone elses's Netflix

    Okay you need to delete the netflix account off your xbox. Go to memory on your console and delete all the netflix stuff of your hard drive. You will then have to log into the persons account from a pc that is connected to your console right now and deactivate
    your xbox device from their account. Next re download netflix app onto your xbox. Now sign into your account on a pc and activate your xbox console to your own netflix account. Then you will now log into your account not the other persons.

    Netflix confuses me for someone else on used Xbox

    Hey Brass! What you can do is to delete the Netlix app from the Memory, clear the system cache, restart the console, and then open Netflix from the Dashboard. It will redownload and ask you to log back in. Does this help?

    I tried that it did not work, since it is not my Netflix account I cannot do that, I deleted all of the netflix files...still cannot log into my own netflix.
