Delete my microsoft account but keep all my xbox games/xbox account?

you cant as the xbox account IS the microsoft account, they are not just linked, they are one account.

actually there is a way, but it requires Access to a 360 and a 2nd Microsoft account without gamertag

following like this

- sign in your current gamertag on xbox 360

- navigate to Settings->account->account security->change gamertag

you can then enter your 2nd Microsoft account there, this way you can Keep your email account and delete your 2nd account

There is no way to completely delete an account from the servers. However, if you go here you can remove your account from all consoles -
live.xbox.com/.../Protection

Close Microsoft account. Keep in mind this will delete all your games and everything you own.

As stated the Microsoft account IS the Xbox account and vice versa so if you deleted the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox account then you essentially deleted your Xbox account along with it.
