problem downloading old save data

sorry ,my english very bad

ı contunue game overall %30(average) in gta 4 and ı delete game and ı formatting my pc.

ı reinstall gta4 and ı download profile but my game data started new game and ı cannot reach my old data

ı have and use only one gfwl profile and account

pls ı want back my old game data

When ı try to buy another game with my phone it's working but when ı try to buy ea access this mobile phone method don't open. Also ı try to add again my phone with "add a new payment method" but when ı enter the code and hit next, ı cant use my mobile
method again.

Firtly i downloaded game and ı opened but game not open just ı see horizon picture and game pass amblem. After ı wait 2 minute but game not open. And also after ı close game and open game ı played ıts normal ?

ı cant download too Ubisoft said my Microsoft account somehow wasn't connected to an Xbox account but ı have x bıx game pass so when I tried to link them they created an account for me with the same mail on my xo box game pass but his new account doesn't have the same tag nor a game pass and they linked that new account with my Ubisoft account and it tells me to buy the game pass but I already did
