Delete Game is missing in My Games and Apps

If you open up 'My Games & Apps' and go into the Groups section. There's a option listed under More options that says "Delete all groups". When you select Delete all groups, you'll be shown an option to "Delete local groups". Deleting the local groups will
have the system resync your previously saved groups. When you're experiencing missing groups. This is the best method to return the missing groups onto your system.

Not entirely sure how messing around with Gaming Services and the Xbox App is going to fix what looks like a display/graphics driver issue? Clearly, I am missing something so have deleted my previous post

Misses Quinzel, I tried deleting the bundle downloader app from my console and redownloading it, but the same issue persists.

After experiencing this problem and going back to GameStop they told me to delete the update but I can't find it. Went to settings, system, storage, games and apps. It's not there. Am I missing something?

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.
