We understand that you are trying to sign in your account and is unable to because your account got blocked from signing in. Let us help you how to resolve this issue and help prevent it from happening again.

Before we proceed any further, we would like to set your proper expectation that Microsoft accounts are fully managed and handled by an automated server and we don't have manual access to it because Microsoft really takes our security and privacy very seriously. This would mean that any support agents or advocates do not have the ability to send password reset links or provide other ways to access or change account details.

When the system detected too many incorrect passwords entered, your signed will be blocked automatically to prevent further damage. To unblock your account, you may need to wait 24-48 hours to give the system to refresh and try unlocking again. This process is designed to prevent further damage with your account and protect it from malicious activity. This will not delete your account permanently as what you are worrying about.

After 48 hours, try again resetting your password. To reset your password, follow the steps provided through the link below:

We understand that you want to delete your account permanently.

Let's work on this together and sort it out. To delete your Microsoft account, follow the following steps.

1. Review your Microsoft account contents.
   
2. Select to close the account.
   
3. Mark account for closure.
   
4. Do not attempt opening the account for 60 days.

Create another e-mail, and change this account's e-mail to this new e-mail. This will "free" your windows live e-mail for the account you really want.

There is no way to delete an account. Even permanently suspended accounts are stuck on the system forever.
