    So my ex decided to leave and pack up to another state I feel like she's using my account to pay games and go into parties with my live how can I delete my account from her xbox without being there mind you I messed up and didn't have it set to use a password to sign in

    You can't delete an account on another Xbox, if you do not have access to that console. Your best option is to change the password of the account, that way she would need to put the password in to play.

    Another thing to think about is the age, every few years they go and delete old account to free up gamertag names. I know it has to be a really old account to get deleted but the age was not stated in the original post.

    Unfortunately, as already stated, there is no way to separate an Xbox account from a Microsoft email address. Any suggestions that state differently, would be incorrect and delete all those archived emails and OneDrive.
