Delete a person from my console

Hi ,

t’s easy to remove any Microsoft account from an Xbox One console, because you don’t have to sign in to the account. Here’s how:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
4. When you're finished, select Close.

Hello I would just keep blocking the person. If hes making new accounts keep blocking them. If your child is not following the rules then they might need to stay off the console for a while. As stated try to report if you can. Im not sure how much can
be done with just a gamertag but you can try. Account security is a must on the childs account!

First and foremost, be sure you go to the local authorities and report this individual. Second, make sure your child's Microsoft account is connected to your own through the

Microsoft family account feature, so you can govern their online safety. You can set their account to only receive messages from players who are on their friends list (and, naturally, these new accounts won't fall under that) ... or set them to not receive
any messages at all.

Also, be sure to report each and every instance of this individual messaging your child using the console's reporting tools. Xbox Live's enforcement teams will be able to see the rampant abuse, which is important, as one of the most powerful tools available
to Enforcement is blocking the individual's device from connecting to Xbox Live again (a "console ban").

   • Delete everywhere removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.
     Im totally unable to delete from the cloud from the Xbox I have no access to it at all, I tried every possible outcome. Is it possible to gain access from the Xbox cloud from my Microsoft account so I can delete my cloud storage.

If you didn't remove your personal information, that's your fault... Not Microsofts. All you had to do was delete your profile from your console and all payment options associated with it deletes with it.
