Delete a game from my profile

To completely delete a game from your Xbox console, follow these steps:

1. **Navigate to "My Games & Apps":**
On your Xbox dashboard, find and select the "My games & apps" tile. It might also be accessible from the main menu or by pressing the Xbox button on your controller and selecting "My games & apps."

2. **Locate the Game:**
In the "My games & apps" section, you'll see a list of your installed games and apps. Navigate to the game you want to delete.

3. **Open the Context Menu:**
Highlight the game you want to delete and press the "Menu" button on your controller (the button with three horizontal lines, also known as the Start button).

4. **Manage Game:**

Yes i did understand your question you want to delete a game off your profile that has no gamerscore just go to your achievement lists and hover over the game and press x.

hi. you can uninstall it but it will still show in ur list of games. As long as its not listed in recently played then he shouldnt be able to find it.

Connect to live. Hit the center X button for mini menu. Two tabs to the left, select achievements, then find the game you want to remove and the option to delete will be at the bottom of the window.
