    I didn't receive my Mixpot pack.

    You should have it now, the rewards were delayed I believe. I got them a few days ago.

    April's rebate has been delayed while they fix an issue.

    Sometimes there will be a delay in receiving the reward points, but you should still get them after a small delay

    I think at this point you need to contact support by phone so they can take a closer look, Sometimes Microsoft reward points have certain requirements or can be delayed as well.
