    Delayed MyVIP gems deposit


    I'm just wondering as to why MyVIP gems for Golden Child challenge hasn't been deposited yet. I'm pretty sure my Gold subscription has been running for over three months now.

    Is there a specific deposit date for Gems from challenges that is yet to come or somethin?

    MyVIP missing?

    April MyVip is delayed due to a bug. The deposit will be delayed. The staff will be able to confirm that you will receive MyVip for your purchase, but if when you made the purchase it said "Buy" and not "pre-order" then it is eligible.

    As Smwutches says, payback for September purchases was delayed due to an issue with MyVIP. It should deposit at the end of this month.

    MyVip for april has not yet been deposited and the staff said there may be a slight delay in processing. MyVip is typically deposited around the 15th of the following month every month.

    MyVip is deposited only once. April MyVip was supposed to be deposited between the 12th-15th, however there is a bug which has caused a delay. The staff is unsure on when the deposit will take place but we all will receive our deposit when it's ready.

    If it was for the 5,000 rewards credits, they should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They would be scheduled to deposit around the 15th.

    no I'm talking about MyVIP Gems I redeem 250 of myvip gems for a $5 gift card and I never received the $5 dollars
